The clinic’s current cancellation/no-show fee is $40, unless otherwise stated.

Telehealth is not appropriate for every condition or circumstance. The clinic may determine that an in-person visit, emergency evaluation, specialist referral, laboratory test, or other form of care is more appropriate.
